Liam is a Manager in KPMG Law’s Company Secretarial Team in Dublin. Liam provides company secretarial advices and assistance to a wide variety of clients, ranging from small startups to large listed and multinational companies across a wide variety of sectors. Liam graduated from Ulster University with an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance in 2022 and is a Chartered Company Secretary and member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
