Brian O’Neill, Fundraising Manager

Brian O’Neill has extensive experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector, having worked across a range of senior fundraising roles both as a supplier and directly within charitable organisations. This dual perspective has given him a unique insight into building effective, collaborative charity–supplier relationships and long-term strategic partnerships.

Over the course of his career, Brian has worked on and supported some of Ireland’s most significant national fundraising campaigns, including the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon digital fundraising partnership, Darkness Into Light with Pieta, Dublin Simon’s Home Run, The In Pink Series for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute, The Property Picnic for Children’s Cancer Ireland, and DEBRA Ireland’s Colin Farrell Marathon Appeal, among many others.

In the past five years alone, Brian has been responsible for working on fundraising events and campaigns that have collectively generated in excess of €100 million for the Irish charity sector. He is recognised for his expertise in digital fundraising, large-scale event strategy, corporate engagement, and data-led supporter journeys.

Brian also brings over 15 years’ experience working at the highest levels of the Irish media, alongside a long-standing commitment to volunteering and social impact initiatives. His passion for social change continues to drive his work in creating sustainable, high-impact fundraising programmes that deliver real outcomes for organisations and the communities they serve.
