We’re thrilled to launch our brand-new service – OT Power Hour!

OT Power Hour is a dynamic, one-hour session designed to give you and your child expert Occupational Therapy (OT) support and guidance. During this session, a highly skilled OT will:

• Conduct a screening assessment
• Provide personalized, take-home strategies tailored to your child’s unique needs

This service was created by our experienced therapy team to offer interim OT support for families whose child may be on a waiting list for individual therapy.

Whether you want to address specific concerns or gain valuable insights into your child’s development, OT Power Hour delivers targeted solutions to empower you as a parent or caregiver.

Please note: OT Power Hour is not a substitute for a full occupational therapy assessment or ongoing intervention.

Who Can Book OT Power Hour?

• All families are welcome! You do not need to be a current client.
• Current clients waiting for regular OT appointments at Sensational Kids are also eligible.

The fees we charge and the subsidies we provide for therapy services are directly influenced by the funds we raise each year. Every donation helps us offset the significant costs of delivering high-quality care from experienced clinicians. Your fundraising support ensures that children with additional needs can access essential therapies—such as psychology, speech, and occupational therapy—without financial barriers.

We rely on donations to subsidise fees and on grants and gifts to fund free supports for families who need them most. Our ability to do this depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters. By contributing, you help us maintain excellence in service while making life-changing interventions more affordable and accessible.

Due to last minute cancellations, we usually have immediate availability for the following week for occupational therapy Power Hours in Mayo, Monaghan, Kildare & West Cork.
