Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding journeys, but it can also come with moments of stress, uncertainty and overwhelm. To support you through these challenges, Sensational Kids is offering free parent support sessions with Laura Peyton.
Whether you’re navigating everyday parenting struggles or facing specific concerns, the sessions are a chance to receive guidance, encouragement and practical strategies from a professional. Laura is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Sensational Kids child development centre in Claremorris, Co Mayo. Laura holds a BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy and is currently completing both a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Adolescent psychotherapy.
With this dual training, Laura combines her expertise in child development and family dynamics with her postgraduate studies in psychotherapy, offering parents a holistic approach that integrates developmental knowledge with therapeutic support.
The sessions are designed to provide parents with a safe, confidential space to talk openly about their experiences. They offer the opportunity to explore family dynamics , emotional wellbeing and develop practical strategies to support both themselves and their children.
