Update on Therapy Availability at Sensational Kids

We wanted to share an update on assessment and therapy supports currently available at Sensational Kids. We understand that waiting for services can be challenging, so we’re pleased to offer several options that may provide support while you await ongoing therapy.

 

Following a successful recruitment drive, we now have increased capacity across our four regional Child Development Centres. Below is a summary of current availability:

 

Kildare Child Development Centre

Occupational Therapy

  • Consultation Appointments: Good availability each week for one-off sessions (in person or online) for parents seeking advice and strategies from an Occupational Therapist while on the waiting list. Contact us now to book.
  • OT Power Hour:  Good availability each week. A focused, one-hour session for your child with an occupational therapist, including a screening assessment and tailored take-home strategies. Ideal for families awaiting ongoing therapy or seeking guidance on specific concerns. Please note: This is not a substitute for a full OT assessment or long-term intervention. Contact us now to book

Speech & Language Therapy

  • Consultation Appointments: One-off sessions (in person or online) for parents seeking advice and strategies from an speech & language therapist while on a waiting list. Good weekly availability.
