Sensational Kids Announces Appointment of Three New Board Members

 

Award winning non-profit organisation, Sensational Kids is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its voluntary board. The new members, Leontia Fannin, Ben Noskeau and Yvonne Quinn will join the existing board to ensure the continued excellent governance standards for the charity.  The appointments come ahead of the organisation’s corporate fundraising campaign, which will launch later this month, to raise €1million towards its National Child Development Centre initiative. This ambitious and essential project, which will support 30,000 children over the next ten years through subsidised therapies, is due to commence this summer once the final funds have been raised.

 

Leontia Fannin has held several senior leadership positions throughout her career and is currently Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Permanent TSB.  Previous roles include Head of Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Advisory at Carr Communications and HR Director for Consumer and Small Business at Eir.  Leontia has a degree in Social Science from UCD.

 

Yvonne Quinn is an experienced commercial lawyer with over 16 years’ experience in practice at McCann FitzGerald LLP and Simmons & Simmons LLP and in-house at Meteor Mobile and Value Retail.  She is currently Head of Legal (EMEA) at Netgear Inc.  Yvonne holds an MBA from Dublin City University and Diplomas in Commercial contracts and Applied Financial Law from the Law Society of Ireland.

 

Ben Noskeau is an experienced leader in the gaming industry.  Having previously worked in senior roles with Riot Games and Blizzard Entertainment across games marketing, publishing and customer support Ben is currently CEO and co-founder of Evenly Cooler Games.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in music technology from De Montfort University.
