Ireland:

€5 per order

UK:

€10 per order

Rest of the World:

 

Shipping and handling fees for orders being shipped outside Ireland and UK are calculated by the weight and size of each individual order and therefore cannot be calculated exactly on the website.

Once you have placed your order online we will calculate the exact shipping charge and will phone you to advise you if the shipping charge is more than €15 for your approval to proceed.

Following payment by paypal or credit card to pay for any additional shipping charges we will proceed with your order. International orders are shipped by courier. Please note that the recipient of the order is responsible for any local taxes, customs, and/or duty fees that might apply at the time of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any import or tax duties payable locally

 

Returns

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or credit or exchange for a different item. All you need to do is contact us by emailing info@sensationalkids.ie or phoning 045 520900, before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer.

Customised goods and special orders are non returnable.

To ensure a full refund/credit, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.

To guarantee delivery back to us, we’d recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.

To return your order within 30 days of purchase, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Pack up your item(s) protectively and send to
