Sensational Kids is a national award-winning non-profit organisation serving children, adolescents, and professionals in a progressive, comprehensive, client centred model.
Sensational Kids operates as a child development centre, providing three key offerings for children and their families; subsidised early intervention services for children in need of additional support, a child development and learning store providing a range of skill building toys and therapy products, and professional development training workshops for those working with children with special needs. Collectively, these services are ensuring that the children benefiting from them can improve their skills and maximise their potential.

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing new business opportunities by pitching the company’s products and services locally.
- Delivery of a Demand Generation Plan working towards a target to ensuring utilisation of our early intervention and assessment services for children at our Clonakilty Child Development Centre.
- Promoting and marketing of the Clonakilty Child Development Centre, focusing on utilisation of early intervention services.
- The role will include finding and building local relationships, raising funds for local projects, securing marketing/pr opportunities, writing press releases, and managing the local social media.
As part of this job, you are required to be a good team player, and be self-motivated. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to plan own work and work under pressure. Ideally you will have proven skills in Sales, Marketing, PR, Business Development or Community Fundraising.
Hours of Work:
This is a part time role working 21 hours per week. Flexibility hours are available but candidates must be available to work occasional evenings, mornings or weekends to attend network meetings.
Annual Gross Salary of €21,840 for working 21 hours per week
Term of employment
Part time, Fixed Term post on 12 month Contract
